How does this Air Cargo Service work?

Step 1 - Get a quote

You can either use our Online Quote service or call us or email us for a quick quote.

Step 2 - Make a reservation

To reserve a console for your shipment, we need the following details:

• Name and address of the shipper:
• Name and address of the Consignee:
• Dead Weigh of the box:
• Service Required: Door to Door / Air port to Airport / Door to Air Port / Air Port to Door
• Dimensions of the box (cm): H x W x L - If you are unsure about the exact dimensions of your cargo, you can give us approximate dimensions. This will cost you a further £1.50 as we then have to request our Airline to measure your cargo once it is delivered to their warehouse. If the difference between approx dimensions and actual dimensions is more, you have to pay the difference (Please note that the shipment will not be sent until you have paid the full amount) – If the difference is less, we will refund you the excess.

Step 3 – Pickup, label and drop off at the airport

We will schedule a date and time to pick up the cargo. Alternatively, you can deliver this yourself at one of the Airline warehouses closer to you. Please make sure that your parcel is clearly marked with the following details on ALL the parcels

Total Number of Pieces shown on each package - Example 1/5, 2/5…5/5

You will have these details once you have completed Step 1. If you want us to professionally label your boxes/cargo, it will cost you £1.50 per package.

Step 4 - Shipment loaded on the airline

Shipment is screened, security-checked and loaded on to the flight console.

Step 5 - Collection at the destination

The consignee will collect the shipment at the destination or delivered to your house/ hotel address. This depends on the type of service you chose when booking (port-to-port / door-to-door/ door-to-port/ port – to- door)

This list includes items which are prohibited for carriage by any law, regulation or statute of any federal, state or local government of any country from, to or through which the shipment may be carried.

• Banderols/Tax Stickers
• Bullion (or any precious metal)
• Cash like negotiable instruments in bearer form
• Firearms (Complete and Parts), Ammunition, Explosives, Weapons,
• Cash-like' negotiable instruments in bearer form (this would include but not be limited to cash, bank notes, currency, vouchers, securities, pre-paid phone cards, activated sim cards and unused stamps)
• Complete firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, explosives, weapons or items that could be used as weapons (these include but are not limited to decorative swords, kitchen knives etc)
• Human remains or ashes
• Illegal goods (these are goods which are considered illegal in the origin, the transit points and/or the destination countries and would include but not be limited to pirated goods, counterfeit goods and narcotics)
• Irreplaceable/unique items
• Ivory and other banned products
• Jewellery and objects constructed of precious metals and/or stones
• Loose precious stones (including Industrial Diamonds)

How to reclaim sales tax (VAT) on UK purchases at Heathrow Airport, London (LHR)?

VAT refunds
Visitors from non-European Union countries can reclaim the sales tax (VAT) on purchases from a number of British retailers.
To claim, first purchase goods from any merchant displaying the Tax Free Shopping sign. You'll be given a tax refund form by the retailer – keep it along with your receipt.
Then when you get to the airport, take your receipt and form to the Travelex counter. Your tax refund will be paid in cash.
You can even have your refund paid in your own local currency – just ask when you get to the desk.
