Dear Dominic
I took the box to Leeds/Bradford freight terminal on Friday 29th January. With the documentation you had sent me, I only needed to spend about 5 minutes at the terminal by which time all the necessary jobs were done.
My brother emailed me on 4th February to say he had received a telephone call that the box had arrived at Cebu airport.
He has since collected the box with the minimum of paperwork to complete. The contents were totally in order.
The only problem I should bring to your attention has been that of insurance. Because I did not have much time between contacting the insurers and delivering the box to Leeds/Bradford, I paid the premium over the telephone, before I put the completed insurance forms in the post. They told me that they would post the necessary documents to me, but as yet I have not received them - fortunately they have not been needed!
Once again, thank you. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone wanting to send items overseas.

Worst snowstorm in 18 years shuts down British capital (But not Maverix Team) (2nd feb 2009)
Both our vans ran on snowy days, not disappointing our customers. We also moved a customer from Stevenage to Sutton who was let down on Monday by a moving company on short notice. We could not make it in time for the moves but still managed to successfully move all our customers. You can view some of the photos taken in the snow and what the customers had to say about Maverix.
